tESTIMONIALS
“I found the "Gaming" workshop very useful because it will help deal with the some of the needs we have in our gaming community”
“The practical nature of the workshops and learning skills that I can use in my classroom was really helpful. Being exposed to new opportunities was good. Having access to completely free resources (eg for developing games) would have been better than learning about a system where one has to pay for full access.”
“Being able to do some hands on learning of tools which I may be able to use in my classroom, also discussing with the facilitators to get some more information. Numbers in the workshops were small enough to be able to effectively engage with others and facilitators”.
“The ability to take resources, concepts and ideas from the workshops and apply them to my classroom with little editing.”
“Having other providers (eg MOTAT, Code Avengers) were useful. Suggest we have other tertiary providers too in future (eg Techtorium, Gamefroot, Vision College etc) or industry players (eg Datacom and Xero) who are interested to link up with secondary school teachers to explore partnership for the benefits of students' wider learning.”
“I was really impressed with the entire organisation. Everything seems smooth and easy to follow where to go. The volunteers were helpful and knowledgeable. The dinner was absolutely delicious. Some of the workshops were amazing.”
